He is an Associate Professor and the General Secretary of Human Rights Alliance, He worked as UN Volunteer (Disaster Management Specialist) in UNDP Nepal as a liaison with Ministry of Agriculture and Development. He coordinated the civil society members and organisations in South Asia as a Campaigner for Peace, Justice and Demiliterisation Theme under SAAPE, In addition, Padma has co-authored Nepal’s Chapter on Poverty and Vulnerability Report in South Asia, respectively in 2009 and 2012, and authored the 2016Edition of the Poverty Report a triennial publication of SAAPE.
